Activities

Twittering Babies and Twittering Tots work according to a carefully prepared curriculum that trigger brain activity and help the young mind develop to its full potential.

Every second term,
Twittering Tots has a Dad’s Day…

and every other term,
an outing to a nearby age appropriate venue.

Once a semester,
we go on an excursion, where we learn, laugh and love in the immediate environment around us.

The teachers assist the children in taking part in a little play every year to help the children grow in drama, song, rhyme and confidence.

Our children are very proud of their veggie patch, which they harvest from time to time and take home to their families.

We love to recycle!

Class times are filled with time to learn through play. The children exercise their little fingers in preparation for writing and other fine motor skills.

We have 4 different extramural activities to choose from:

Gymtime – balance & cardio, flexibility & strength

During these classes, the children improve their balance & flexibility while getting some fresh air and interacting with friends. The children are encouraged to follow a carefully worked out program to improve their strength and give them a good cardio workout. These classes are proudly run by Helena Paterson (HDE – Physical Education & Biblical Studies), a teacher with over 15 years of experience.
